It's okay.
It's just because I had no part in your death.
That can be proved.

( § Peeks around, whistling innocently. § Looks like you're busy, Olorae. Having fun being suspect number one on them? )

Just a suggestion, Risa, but for any mail of length it is probably better to type it up in Word and then post it here, or under the members' only section. Among other things, it's much easier to correct mistakes, words won't get broken up in the middle (something I hate with the in-game mail) and we could then print it out for reference easier.

(Here it is, with a few spelling corrections)
To all members, We have several ongoing and unsolved investigations currently underway. While many events in the past few weeks have kept us busy and, dare I say, distracted, we must not neglect our duties.
Our current investigations are as follows:
1 Dion Church Burning Status: Unsolved Background: This is an old investigation that was never fully solved. It has lead to other mysteries which have branched off into their own investigations. The Orphan Dormitories of the Dion Chapel were set ablaze. A signet ring of the en’Eviel house was fond at the scene. It is not believed to be the work of Olorae en’Evil. The only other suspect is her sister, Analosi, who has gone missing for some months.
2. Ritual sacrifices in Heine Status: Ongoing Branched off from the Chapel arson investigation, two suspected cultists were placed under arrest, were later kidnapped and subsequently sacrificed in a private home in Heine. As the sacrifice required “Innocent Blood” their deaths, unfortunately, proved their innocence. The homes were owned by the Crimson Lily company, a trade organization owned by Olorae en’Evil. However, it is the tenant who is our suspect, one Shyntintra Oussm’tor, patriarch for house Oussm’Tor. A minor house, they own property within the Swamp Lands of the Dark Forest. Further investigations has yet to be conducted.
3. The Demon, the Prophecy, and the Mirror Status: Current and ongoing. This is an interesting case.. some background: Present at the Heine sacrifices was a divine presence. It called itself the Watcher, having no physical shape it manifests in ones’ minds. It seemed to want the sacrifices to happen. It was discovered that it is a rogue being, who if fully unleashed would reign destruction on the world. The sacrifices were part of a prophecy to bring about its return. Olorae en’Evil was in possession of a soul trap which bound a demon inside. The Demon was also part of this prophecy. The soul trap, an ornate full standing mirror, was lost and the demon freed. It is a Succubus capable of possessing another’s mind and body. We do not know where to look for it, other than it particularly likes to prey on the pure-hearted: Paladins, clergymen, and the like. A past host displayed enough unusual behavior to pinpoint her as such. We’ve not found a lead on this, but the demon *must* be recaptured.
4. Murder in Dion. Status: Unsolved During the Chapel investigation another body was found dead in Dion. A young girl, drained of her blood, in similar fashion to the sacrifices in Heine, as well as the girl said to be murdered by Olorae en’Evil (it was determined that she was not). All were part of the same family. The murderer in this case was never found. Olorae’s “victim” was one Anne Handel. Those sacrificed were her parents, Harlan and Marie Handel. The girl found dead in a Dion alley was one Chantel Amayen, cousin to Anne.
5. Infant murders in Gludio Status: New addition. Current. Just a few days past we received word of eight new murders, each in the fashion of the Handel family. Drained completely of blood. Each also bore the mark of Shilen on their foreheads, something not seen in the previous murders. All eight victims were infants of human birth, 4 to 8 months in age, found in both Gludio and Gludin. No investigations have yet been performed.

About investigation #3, the Demon Mirror
I think you need to update the description a bit. Don’t forget that for a time a Templar (sorry, can’t remember her name right now) was possessed by the demon, and there was that raid on Olo’s house in Heine lead by the Templars that you also participated in. I’ve heard from others about some of the traps that were set in place, and not just the normal kind that one would expect to catch unwary thieves. But most important to this case is the fact that the mirror was discovered there.
As you should recall, I only came along at the end, when people were gathering at Hardin’s Academy. From what I recall, the wizard was to study the mirror and perhaps banish the demon. But Olo was there and used Christy (who was still a ‘slave’ at the time) as a distraction so she could retrieve the mirror.
I’m sure you can fill in much of the details as you witnessed more than I did. While the Templar was eventually freed from the demon, we have no idea where it is now. It’s reasonable to assume that Olo still has the mirror, I doubt she’d let go of such a powerful artefact.

((I'd like to go ahead and investigate one of those. But, I'd need someone more...intelligent than I to come along. I'd end up doing something stupid or possibly dying agian.))

Don't look at me, Kaelir was never exactly the subtle type for these kind of investigations.

Gel and Tre are ready to get into these now too, so it might be good to speak with all three of you together about them

As the second in command, Tre should be kept up to date on these things so that she can pick things up immediately should anything happen to Risa. That is how military organizations work afteral.

You got that?

I really wanna get involved with Echoes. Maybe start a RP war with them. That'd be fun.
Although, I'd stay away from Damiel, Drevan, and Dulcinia. I'm no good agianst tanks.

Thanks for the links, Risa.
They can be useful for anyone who wants to know more.
Since I'll be copying much of them into Word to print out and read while commuting to/from work, I'll make the files available for everyone if they want to do the same.
