I don't know of any resources, I've just toyed around with them until finding things I like. Basically, anything sitting on the hotbar, or in your skills list or commands list (Alt+K and Alt+C) can be dragged into a macro.
Some of my favorates are:
quick targeting: /targetnext /attack
Taunt and attack: /useskill agression /attack
Assist: /target <insert main assist's name here> /assist /attack

I know somewhere on the offical site you can find a list of commands, and you can probably find them on Stratics also.
But, like Risa, I just fooled around till I figured that you can drag & drop icons into the macro list.
Personally, I don't find an Assist macro that useful as who I'm grouping with changes regularly, or even in the middle of a hunt who is acting as 'main' can change (someone giving the main tank a little relief). I just stick with double-right clicking on their name in the Party list.

nothing 2 seconds of macro editing won't fix. But then I personally find the double right click extremely distracting and non-intuitive, so I don't use it.

If you guys are interested, I'm working on a macro guide for some of my clanmates. I can repost here, once it's done.

I worked on a macro guide of sorts for some friends as well some time ago. I could maybe combine some effort with Olorae for this.
As far as macros for tank go, here are some nice ones that I have made for pvp (requires a bit of editin before the fight, but you learn to do it fast). At work so dont have excact commands before me so I just explain what each step should do.
Against summoners:
Macro1- horror:
The best way to eliminate summon for a long time
- target summon - use bspsa - use skill force horror on summon
Usual fighting after that OR if it fails, macro2 below:
Macro2: - keep the bugger stunned
Used when horror does not work
- target summoner - attack force summoner - useskill force shieldstun summon - attack force summoner
Pet wake-up:
The world of L2 is full of animal abusers, hence the need to keep ones pet awake
- target Dark Panther - useshortcut (where ever waking scroll is) - target opponent - attack force opponent
Emergency buffs:
I have things for this always ready, never know if somebody attacks you when unbuffed, easily worth of inventory space:
- Use greater swift attack potion - Use greater haste potion - Use greater magic haste potion - Use scroll of l2day shield - Use scroll of l2day might - Use scroll of l2day focus - Use scroll of l2day death whisper
Boosted hamstring and life drain:
ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL BASIC MACROS FOR ANY DA
Ham: - Use bspsa - Useskill force hamstring - Attack force target
Drain: - Use bspsa - Useskill force life drain - Attack force target
For soloing: (which you dont get to do much as a tank)
LIfe Drain:
- use bspsa - use lifedrain - use aggression - panther to attack target - attack target
Corpse Life Drain:
- use bspsa - use corpse life drain - next target
With bsps and when your focus mind reaches level 5, and with panther out, you never need to rest really if you start with life drain, end with corpse lifedrain and keep at max 2x hp monsters of your level. For 2x hp monsters you might need to use pet soulshots if you do not want to use healing potions.

Well hell...
That just blows my macro guide out of the water. Mine was an 'introduction' course. I was gonna do the advanced later.
