Succulent Roast Beef
1 Roast Beef 3 table spon of butter 1 tea spon of salt 1 tea spon of sugar 1 tea spon of flour 1 tea spon of powder mustard Your choice of vegetables A beef or gravy sauce of your choice
Start by mixing the butter and the different ingredients, once it's done spread evenly on your roast beef.
Put the roast beef in an oven pan then put you vegetables with it (I usually use onions and potatoes).
Put in the oven at 400F for an hour (a little more if it's a big roast beef). After 30 minutes, mix the vegetables and put back a little of the sauce in the pan on the raost beef.
When the roast beef is almost done, prepare you sauce in a big pan. I like my sauce to be thick, so I mix some corn stach with water and put it in the sauce.
Cut the roast beef in slices it should be still a little bloody (if you don't like bloody meat don't worry, it will be fully cooked at the next step).
If you had potatoes with the meat, put them aside to use them as a side dish, put the other vegetables in your sauce.
Now put slices of the meat in your sauce, mix and wait a little until it's fully cook.
Serve the meat with vegetables from the sauce and potatoes!
Hmmmmm yummy ^^
Edit : I know it's suppose to have 2 o in spon, but the board change it to "sthingy" automaticaly each time for some reason.
